Olive Oil Extra Virgen
Olive Oil Properties
Virgin olive oil is olive juice, so it retains all the flavour and nutritional properties of olive fruit. Olive oil is rich in oleic acid.
Virgin olive oil is very beneficial for cholesterol, suitable for all cardiovascular problems. Very rich in vitamin E, which protects the fat from the dangerous action of free radicals, (by resisting oxidation) and the effects they produce on the human body. It also has anticancer effects, and helps digestion. It exerts a protective and tonic effect on the epidermis (skin) and it stimulates growth and promotes the absorption of calcium and mineralization. Because of this vitamin E and antioxidant effect on the cell membranes, olive oil is especially recommended for children and the elderly (helps prevent atherosclerosis and is risks). Professor Tallarico said: "Only the olive oil has the privilege of having a chemical composition in terms of the quality of its fat, which resembles, as a drop of water to human milk fat and olein contained in Tri human tissues."
Olive oil is a pure amazing food and natural medicine, says R. Dextreit, indicated for all liver diseases, liver disease, gallstones, hyperacidity, constipation, etc... Further, olive oil is not tiring on the liver or the pancreas during digestion and assimilation..
Hebany produce a range of Olive Oils. The colour of the oil depends on the time of the harvest and moves from greenish to golden.
